RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Returns Policy: Our products are non-refundable, and all sales are considered final due to the unique nature of our items. Customized orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order, we are happy to assist within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will not be processed after this timeframe.

Express Shipping

Ansahair extends free worldwide shipping for all wigs (excluding EU countries due to customs and taxes, read further for more info).

Customs & Taxes

Orders may incur duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. To mitigate taxes, orders outside the U.S. will be declared as “Synthetic Hair” with a lower value. Specific U.S. regions may experience random inspections and related taxes or duties. Customs may request SSN and EIN; for queries, contact our customer service. Do not reject or return directly, as charges for rejection or return are borne by customers.

Processing Time

For certain wigs, processing typically takes up to 5 business days. Refer to the product page for custom days associated with other items or options.

Expedited Shipping

Our preferred carriers are DHL and FedEx, ensuring expedited shipping in approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location.

PO Box & Military Base

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO, FPO). Ensure a physical address is provided for order delivery.

 

Sign for Delivery

We strongly recommend signing for delivery. While we ship to the address provided, we are not responsible for loss resulting from authorization to leave the parcel unattended.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may ship separately, arriving on different days. You'll be informed of tracking numbers via email.

Tracking Number

Expect tracking numbers via email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped.

Post-order, each item undergoes stringent quality control. Note that distinct items have varied processing times.
